Returns and Refunds Policy

As much as we would like you to be happy with your purchase, we know sometimes you may need to return items that you no longer need, faulty or aren’t quite right for your vehicle. In any case, we are more than happy to offer a refund, up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

 

Rules and Conditions:

  • Goods have not been used. Same condition as it was sent and not installed in a vehicle or tampered with.
  • Have the original package intact.
  • Retain their receipt.

 

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

 

Once we receive the spare part back from you, it will be thoroughly examined. If it meets the above-mentioned requirements, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery in most cases.

 

Please note that we will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Cancellation

For any products bought on the website. Consumers have a statutory right to cancel online orders of goods in accordance with the following information.

 

We may be able to cancel your order, depending on the product and service that has been selected. Unfortunately, we are unable to amend the details of your order once your order has been received and entered into the delivery process. We are unable to cancel your order. You can refuse delivery of the product, or you can accept delivery and then arrange a return. The customer would bear the return and repost fees. If there is a cancellation, then the original postage costs will not be refunded.
